No Note for My Vote, an awareness campaign to empower democratic ideologies, was taken up by volunteers of V-Lead yesterday in city.

Around 60 volunteers under the leadership of Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) Founder Dr. R. Balasubramaniam started their campaign from the CITB Convention Hall in Hebbal and visited residential areas creating awareness about corruption free voting.

The volunteers visited Subramanyanagar, Mayura Circle, Kaveri Circle and other main residential areas. They distributed pamphlets and pasted stickers which read No Note for My Vote.

The volunteers also urged the residents to cast their votes to worthy candidates and strengthen democracy.

Awareness was created by video presentation, street plays and distributing pamph-lets through Voters’ Clinic which was setup near CITB Convention Hall.
