Over hundred students of various schools in city took out a 'Peace Rally' this morning which was organised by Rotary Mysore North.

The rally was part of the World Awareness Month aimed to curb hatred among nations, restrict global warning, disarmament, promote usage of nuclear power for constructive purpose and environmental protection.

Holding aloft placards with meaningful relevant messages on aforementioned topics, the students commenced the rally from Rotary School on JLB Road moving upto Ramaswamy Circle and back.

The rally was launched by Rotary Assistant Governor (Zone 7) Rtn. Joseph Mathew, Zonal Lieutenant Yashaswini S. Somashekar, Rotary North President Rtn. M. Rathnaraj and Secretary Rtn. Y.R. Manjunath.
