The 342nd Aradhana Mahotsava of Sri Raghavendra Swamy is being held in Mysore city with religious fervour. Today being the Madhya Aradhana, second day of aradhana mahotsava, devotees thronged Raghavendra Mutts across the city from as early as 5.30 am for the suprabhatha darshanam.
Various rituals were held from 8 am to 10 am. The Maha Mangalarathi was performed at 12 noon and later the Mutts distributed prasada for the devotees.
The Mutts have also organised cultural programmes at their premises from 6.30 pm to 9 pm. The Raghavendra Swamy Mutt at Jayalakshmipuram has organised devotional music programme by Pandit Omkarnath Hawaldar this evening.
The Raghavendra Swamy Seva Samithi has organised Karnatak vocal recital by Vidu. Aishwarya Vidya Raghunath.
The fest of Raghavendra Swamy will be held till Aug. 25. The Mutts will be open from 6 am to 10 pm to facilitate devotees.
