Mysore, Aug. 2 (MTY&KMC)- The newly-constructed First Grade College of Sri Cauvery Educational Institutions on Adichunchanagiri Road in Kuvempunagar was inaugurated by the Joint Director of Collegiate Education Prof. K. Srihari this morning.

He formally opened the newly- constructed extension comprising classrooms, computer lab and lecture hall.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Srihari said that the First Grade College, having BBM and BCA degree courses, will commence from the current academic year, for which the government had granted approval.

"More courses will be added on in due course of time," he said and hoped that the Cauvery Educational Institutions continued with the same gusto and spirit in the forthcoming years too, unlike may educational institutions that begin with great enthusiasm and in a couple of years, reach the stage of closure for want of sufficient number of students and other such reasons.
