Karnataka State Slum Clearance Board (KSSCB) Executive Engineer Kishore Kumar along with his son Adarsh, an employee of IBM, reportedly entered into a wordy duel with a Traffic Police Head Constable atop Chamundi Hill here yesterday over the issue of parking a car.
Kishore Kumar and Adarsh, residents of Bangalore, were learnt to have come in their car to Chamundi Hill at about 2 pm and allegedly parked the car in the middle of the road.
