The new Al-Ansaar Hospital was inaugurated yesterday by MLA Tanveer Sait at Mohammed Sait Block in Lashkar Mohalla.

Speaking on the occasion, Sait highlighted the importance of health awareness and the need for accessible and affordable health care in the city.

He also expressed concern over the escalating costs of medical care.

Dr. Anees Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors, speaking on the occasion said that Al-Ansaar is a multi-speciality hospital along with a speciality Dental Centre and round- the-clock diagnostic services.

City Police Commissioner Dr. M.A. Saleem, Darul-Uloom Siddiqia's Mufti Tajuddin and Sir Qazi of Mysore Moulana Mohammed Usman Shariff were the guests of honour.

CESC MD A.B. Ibrahim, Retd. Senior Medical Officer Dr. Nazeer Ahmed, other prominent doctors of city, eminent scholars and leaders were also present on the occasion.
