City advocates boycotted the court proceedings for the second day today, demanding repatriation of District Court Shirastedar Nagendra Prasad to his previous posting, who they alleged was misbehaving with them and spoiling the atmosphere, which hindered the smooth functioning of the court.

Earlier, the advocates who met under the Chairmanship of Mysore Bar Association President C. Basavaraju in the Law Courts Complex here, reportedly passed a resolution not to attend court proceedings until Nagendra Prasad was shunted out of the court here.

The lawyers had boycotted the court on Saturday (Aug.3) too for the same reason, inconveniencing the public attending the court.
