Mysore, July 8 (KCU&RK)- The presentation ceremony of awards, medals, scholarships and certificates to the students of M.Sc (Food Technology) and Flour Milling Technology Certificate Course was held at the IFTTC Auditorium of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) here today.
Dr. K. Kasturirangan, Member, Planning Commission, Government of India, Chairman, Karnataka Knowledge Commission and former Chairman, ISRO, presented the honours to the distinguished students. He later addressed the gathering on “Emerging technologies for food security in 21st century.”
Presiding over the programme, CFTRI Director Dr. V. Prakash pointed out that the institute was in the path of Diamond Jubilee year and the students of M.Sc (Food Technology) and Milling Technology would sure shine like diamonds in their future career.
