Mysore, June 19 (SH)- A job mela will be organised here on July 3 by CSEC Education Private Limited.
Director of the organisation, Nagachandra, disclosed at a press meet in Pathrakarthara Bhavan here on Friday that District in-charge Minister S. Suresh Kumar would inaugurate the job mela.
In association with Tally India, a project has been taken up recently by CSEC for training candidates from BPL families of rural areas in various computer courses. Not only computer knowledge and tally, the candidates attending the courses are also trained in English and Accountancy. The project is one of the programmes of the Union Ministry of Rural Development, he disclosed.
"We have invited all proprietors of organisations and entrepreneurs to take part in the job mela. It will help them in recruiting candidates possessing various skills and coming from different backgrounds. No registration fee or service charge will be collected from the employers. All the expenses of the job mela will be met by CSEC with the objective of enabling its candidates to secure jobs in prestigious organisations and lead a long professional life," he explained.
Employers who wish to participate in the job mela should provide information on the kind of candidates and their number whom they propose to recruit while registering their entry in the mela.
The forms of registration may be obtained from CSEC Centre, 909/3, 1st Main Road, Lakshmipuram, Mysore-570 004.

SFI to hold camp for students from July 28
Mysore, June 19 (KCU)- A South India-level Students Study camp organised under the auspices of Students Federation of India (SFI) will be held from July 28 to 31 at Nanjaraja Bahadur Choultry here.
Disclosing this at a press meet here yesterday, Camp Reception Committee Chairman K. Basavaraj announced that the camp would cover new challenges in education sector, commercialisation of education with entry of foreign institutes and value-based education aimed to provide employment for good living in future.
"Also featured will be classes and interactions on various relevant topics conducted by journalist N. Ram, Kerala Education Minister M.A. Bebi and others. About 400 students from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka along with education experts will participate in the programme to be inaugurated by CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechuri," he said.
SFI State Joint Secretary announced that a Reception Committee has been constituted for the camp comprising journalist Rajashekar Koti (Hon. Chairman), Mayor Sandesh Swamy, Lok Sabha member P.K. Biju, Theatre Director C. Basavalingaiah, litterateurs Prof. Aravind Malagatti, Prof. Shivaram Kadanakuppe, CITU State President V.G.K. Nayar, former Lesiglator G.V. Sreeram Reddy, CITU All India Secretary S. Varalakshmi, Progressive Thinker P. Mallesh (Advisor), Gram Panchayat Employees Union District President K.
