In a humanitarian gesture, an auto driver played the role of a good samaritan by helping a woman who had met with an accident get medical treatment in time in city yesterday.

It is reported that Navya Mohan, an employee of Infosys and a resident of Siddarthanagar in city who was returning home on her Honda Activa scooter after finishing work at about 7.30 pm, lost control of the vehicle and fell down near JSS Urban Haat in Hebbal.

Auto driver Nagesh, a resident of Bhyraweshwaranagar in city who was passing that way saw the injured woman lying on the road side, immediately took her to the nearby Riverview Hospital and helped her get treatment and also dropped her in his auto to her residence thus displaying humanitarian concern.
