Mysore, Feb. 3 (KMC&RK)- Eight senior officials of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), who arrived in city yesterday, will review ADB-funded development projects of the Mysore City Corporation (MCC) undertaken during 2002.

The team led by ADB Executive Director Michael Miari Fulcis, comprises Executive Directors Ashok Lahiri and Mar-wanto Harjowiryono, alternate Executive Directors Richard Edwards, Paul William Curie and Yasuyo Watanabe, senior development specialist, INRM, Atsushi Kaneko and Project Implementation Officer, INRM, Pushkar Srivastav.

The team inspected water treatment plants at Melapura and Rammanahalli, solid waste treatment plant in Sewage Farm where a part of Rs. 130-crore grant advanced by the ADB was spent by the MCC in 2002.

The delegation, after visiting the Palace in the evening, went to KRS and stayed overnight at the Royal Orchid Brindavan. The team also visited Dariya Daulat, Gol Gumbaz and Triveni Sangama yesterday.

The ADB team, which arrived yesterday, was given a traditional welcome at Srirangapatna by MCC Commissioner K.S. Raikar, MUDA Commissioner P.C. Jayanna and others.
