This FAQ page answers the most common questions about our private cab tours, custom tour packages, hotel stays, drivers, sightseeing, payments, and booking process. It is especially helpful for travellers planning holidays from Bangalore, Mysore, and nearby cities across South India.

Whether you are considering a short hill-station trip to Coorg or Ooty, or a longer customized tour covering destinations like Chikmagalur, Wayanad, or Kodaikanal, the answers below will help you understand how we plan and operate our tours.

Booking & Planning

Fill the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp with your travel dates, number of days, starting point, guest count, and destinations. For travellers starting from Mysore or Bangalore, we review the details and suggest the most suitable itinerary and quotation.

Share your pickup location, date, number of guests, and preferred vehicle. We will confirm availability and pricing, and once you approve, we will block the cab and send confirmation.

Yes. We provide local sightseeing, one-way transfers, round trips, and multi-day cab rentals without hotels as well.

Yes. If you have your own transport, we can still plan and reserve hotels for your route at competitive net rates.

We generally need guest names and contact details, travel dates and duration, pickup and drop points, number of adults and children with ages, preferred cab and hotel category, and any special requests such as early check-in, honeymoon setup, or senior-friendly arrangements.

We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance for normal travel dates, and 4 to 8 weeks in advance for long weekends, peak seasons, and larger groups. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.

No. We specialize in private custom tours with private vehicles and flexible planning, so you can travel at your own pace with pickup and drop at your chosen location.

Payments & Confirmation

No. In most cases we require a 50% advance to confirm hotels and vehicles. The balance is payable before travel or as mutually agreed, depending on hotel policy and trip type.

Once the payment reflects, we send a booking confirmation and summary through WhatsApp or email.

Your booking will be treated as fully confirmed. We still recommend making full payment only after the itinerary and hotels are finalized, especially during peak travel dates.

No. Hotel coordination and confirmations are handled by us. We will update you once the hotel is locked for your trip.

No. We maintain transparency and clearly mention the Inclusions and Exclusions in the quotation so you know what is covered.

Yes, you may share the detailed quotation you received. We will review the itinerary, hotel category, inclusions, and terms, and try to offer the best possible value in terms of price and service.

Vehicles, Transfers & Drivers

We provide Sedan (Etios / Dzire), Innova, Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller (A/C and Non-A/C), Force Urbania, Mazda, and mini or large buses depending on group size and route.

As a general guide: 1 to 4 guests can choose Sedan or Innova, 5 to 6 guests usually prefer Crysta, 7 to 12 guests may choose Tempo Traveller or Force Urbania, and larger groups can opt for mini or large buses. We advise the best option based on luggage, comfort, and trip route.

Your driver will meet you at the exit or agreed meeting point, or call you on arrival. Please share your flight or train details in advance for smooth coordination.

Most drivers speak Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu, subject to availability. You may mention your preferred language while booking.

Our drivers are local and experienced, familiar with routes, sightseeing timings, and road conditions. They can share basic local tips, but they are not professional guides.

No. We normally choose hotels that provide basic driver accommodation or night-rest facilities. Driver meals are managed by the driver. If a property does not provide this, we will inform you in advance and a small allowance may apply.

No, it is not compulsory. Tipping is entirely at your discretion as a gesture of appreciation for good service.

Hotels, Meals & Rooms

In most cases we provide the same hotel. If it becomes unavailable due to occupancy or maintenance, we immediately inform you and share equal or better alternatives.

Most standard packages include breakfast only. Lunch and dinner are usually kept flexible so guests can dine as per their preference and sightseeing schedule. Dinner can be added at extra cost depending on the hotel type.

Yes. You may share your preferred hotel names and we will check availability and include them in your trip plan if possible.

Adults are generally counted as 12 years and above. Children are usually counted between 5 and 12 years. Kids below 5 years are often complimentary without extra bed, subject to hotel policy.

Standard occupancy is normally 2 adults plus up to 2 children, or 3 adults depending on the room type and hotel policy. For larger families, we suggest a family room or an additional room.

Yes. Extra beds can usually be arranged based on hotel policy, and the charges are mentioned clearly in the quote.

Itinerary, Sightseeing & Travel Experience

Yes. Sightseeing places, travel pace, hotel category, and number of nights can all be customized before confirmation.

Unless clearly mentioned, entry tickets, safaris, boating, jeep rides, and camera fees are excluded. We guide you on approximate costs and timings wherever required.

Sightseeing usually starts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, though we remain flexible based on your convenience and arrival timing.

Yes, subject to time, traffic, feasibility, and opening hours. Our drivers help optimize the route during the day wherever possible.

Many South Indian temples expect modest attire. Avoid sleeveless tops, short dresses, shorts, or ripped jeans. Footwear must be removed before entry, and some temples may have stricter dress rules.
