Q1. How do I book a tour package?
Fill the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp with travel dates, number of days, starting point (Mysore/Bangalore), guest count (adults & kids with ages), and destinations. We’ll share a customized itinerary and quote.
Q2. How do I book a sightseeing cab?
Share pickup location, date, number of guests, and preferred vehicle. We’ll confirm availability and pricing; once you approve, we’ll block the cab and share confirmation.
Q3. Do you provide cab-only services?
Yes—local sightseeing, one-way/round-trip transfers, and multi-day rentals without hotels.
Q4. Can I book only hotels through you?
Yes. If you have your own transport, we can still plan and reserve hotels for your route at competitive net rates.
Q5. What details are required to confirm a booking?
Guest name(s) & contact, travel dates & duration, pickup/drop points, number of adults & kids (with ages), preferred cab & hotel category, and any special requests (early check-in, honeymoon setup, senior-friendly, etc.).
Q6. How many days prior to my trip should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance (and 4–8 weeks for long weekends or larger groups). Instant bookings are accepted subject to availability.
Q7. Do you provide shared group tours?
No. We offer private custom car tours with hotel accommodation. You can explore and enjoy the trip at your own pace, with pick-up and drop at your location.
Q8. Do I need to make full payment to book a tour?
No. We generally require a 50% advance to confirm hotels and vehicles. The balance is payable before travel or as mutually agreed (subject to hotel policy).
Q9. How do I get payment confirmation?
We send an official booking confirmation and summary via WhatsApp or email as soon as your advance reflects.
Q10. What happens if I pay full in advance?
Your booking becomes fully confirmed. However, we advise paying only after the itinerary and hotels are finalized—especially for peak dates—to avoid misunderstandings.
Q11. Do I need to call the hotel to reconfirm my stay?
No—hotel coordination and confirmations are handled by us. We’ll notify you once hotels are locked.
Q12. What cab types do you provide?
Sedan (Etios/Dzire), Innova, Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller (A/C & Non-A/C), Force Urbania (premium 10–14 seater), Mazda (A/C & Non-A/C), and Mini/Large Buses (25/33/50 seater; A/C & Non-A/C).
Q13. How do I choose the right vehicle?
1–4 guests: Sedan/Innova • 5–6: Crysta • 7–12: Tempo Traveller or Force Urbania • 13+: Mini/Large Bus. We’ll advise based on comfort, luggage, and route.
Q14. How will I be picked up from the Airport or Railway Station?
Your driver will meet you at the exit/meeting point (or call on arrival). Please share flight/train details in advance for smooth coordination.
Q15. What languages do the drivers speak?
Most of our drivers speak Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu (subject to availability). Please mention your preferred language when booking.
Q16. How experienced are the drivers?
All our drivers are local and experienced, familiar with the routes, sightseeing timings, and road conditions. They can share basic information and local tips but are not professional guides.
Q17. Should we arrange accommodation and food for the driver?
No, you don’t need to arrange separate accommodation or meals for the driver. We select hotels that provide basic driver accommodation or night-rest facilities, which are included in the package. Driver meals are managed by the driver. If a property lacks such facilities, we’ll inform you in advance and a small allowance may apply or be paid directly.
Q18. Should I pay for driver’s food or tip?
It’s not compulsory. Tips are entirely at your discretion as a gesture of gratitude for good service.
Q19. What if the quoted hotel is not available?
In 99.9% cases we provide the same hotel. If it turns unavailable due to high occupancy or maintenance, we inform you immediately and offer equal or better alternatives to choose from.
Q20. What is the meal plan?
Standard packages include breakfast only, so you can enjoy lunch/dinner as per your taste and schedule. Most hotels have in-house restaurants or room service. If you want dinner included, we can add it for approx. Rs. 500–1500 per person per meal depending on hotel type. Note: When dinner is included, service is usually in the restaurant (room service may not apply).
Q21. Can I choose my own hotel?
Yes—share your preferred hotels and we’ll check availability and include them in your plan.
Q22. Are itineraries customizable?
Yes—places covered, pacing, hotel categories, and number of nights are all customizable before confirmation.
Q23. Are entry tickets included?
Unless stated otherwise, entry tickets, safaris, boating, and camera fees are excluded. We’ll guide approximate costs and best timings.
Q24. What time do sightseeing tours start?
Typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but we’re flexible based on your convenience or arrival time.
Q25. Can we change the sightseeing sequence during the trip?
Yes—subject to time, traffic, and feasibility. Our drivers help optimize routes on the go.
Q26. Is there a dress code for temples?
Many South Indian temples expect modest attire. Avoid sleeveless tops, shorts, or ripped jeans. Men may be required to wear trousers/dhoti; women should wear full-length clothing (salwar, saree, long skirt). Footwear must be removed before entry.
Q27. Are there any hidden costs in the packages?
No. We believe in transparency and clearly list all Inclusions and Exclusions in your quote to avoid surprises.
Q28. I received a lower quote elsewhere. Can you match it?
Please forward the detailed package you received (itinerary, inclusions, hotel category, terms). We’ll compare and try to beat it on value—by price and/or by better services. Often differences arise from exclusions, hotel category, or hidden costs.
