Pointing out that every human being is a leader, the entrepreneur said students should first recognise the purpose of their life. Each one has special talents within, be it, music, literature, interacting with people and many more. They should identify their talents and plan in order to work for the purpose.

Interacting with the students, he said, they have different things to learn from all their experiences and the critical situations educa-te more. Responses are more important than reactions. He observed that failure, ambiguity, criticism and lack of time avoid entrepreneurs from taking brave steps in business field.
