The new building of Suttur Mutt at the Srikshetra in Suttur, Nanjangud taluk, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddharamaiah on Aug. 11 at 11.30 am.

Announcing this at a press meet at the Mutt premises in Suttur recently, JSS Mahavidyapeetha Secretary Manjunath said “The Mutt, which has a history of over 1,000 years, was built by the Cholas in Suttur as a mark of reverence to the then Seer Sri Ghanalinga Shivayogi Swamiji.
