Mysore, June 18 (SH)- South-west monsoon having started over Mysore region, the Mysore City Corporation (MCC) has set up helplines for the public to register their complaints relating to rain water entering their houses, overflowing manholes of the underground drainage system, falling tree branches, disruption to traffic on city roads and other matters as well as seeking redressal for the various civic problems faced by the residents.
The telephone numbers of the helplines are 2418800, 2418816, 1913, 2431112, 2440891, 2440892, 94498-41196.
In addition to the helplines, the Assistant Commissioners of various zones have been assinged responsibility to receive the complaints and redress the problems immediately.
